Malte C. Günther Partner Malte C. Günther has been working with Urwantschky Dangel Borst & Partner since 1998. He has been a partner since 2002. He was educated at the University of Augsburg. Since 2006, Mr. Günther has held the title “Specialist Lawyer in Construction and Architects Law” and, since 2009, also “Specialist Lawyer for Commercial and Company Law”,. Next to his work as a lawyer, Mr. Günther regularly holds seminars and weekend courses at different Chambers of Crafts (Handwerkskammer), Chambers of Industry and Commerce (Industrie- und Handelskammern) as well as at the Academy of Crafts (Akademie des Handwerks). In his presentations, he covers both Construction Law and Commercial Law issues, especially with international background and CISG-related matters. Mr. Günther is the second Board Member of the Architecture Forum Neu-Ulm as well as a Board Member of the Initiative for Applied Business Management.
